Bookings, dining and programme changes

Bookings and attendance

Booking-related requests and attendance are subject to availability, venue requirements and confirmation from Copper & Carrd. For the most relevant pathway, visitors may review Dining & Cocktails information or send an enquiry through the Contact page. A request does not confirm an arrangement until Copper & Carrd has responded with the applicable visit information.

Programme adjustments

Dining offerings, session formats, Card Room arrangements, poker nights Sydney and tournament poker Sydney schedules may be adjusted, postponed or unavailable when operationally necessary. Copper & Carrd may make these changes to maintain a considered in-venue experience. Please review the relevant published experience information close to your intended visit, particularly where a Card Room Sydney session or event format is important to your plans.

Visitor responsibility

Please review the relevant experience information before attending and follow any reasonable arrival, seating, dietary or session guidance provided for that visit. 03 / Shared tables

Card Room conduct

Respect at the table

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards fellow guests, dealers, staff and other visitors. Poker at Copper & Carrd is face-to-face social play: the table, cards and dealer create a shared setting that depends on attention and courtesy. Please help maintain an environment in which each person can participate, dine or observe without unnecessary disruption.

Follow reasonable direction

Guests must follow reasonable directions from staff and dealers relating to seating, table flow, safety, shared spaces and event operation. This includes directions given within the Card Room or a Poker Lounge Sydney setting where several activities may be taking place at once. Operational guidance is intended to keep the experience composed, clear and considerate for everyone using the venue.

Care for the environment

Please treat cards, neutral chips, furniture, dining settings and venue surfaces with care. The atmosphere may include tactile details such as dark Australian timber, Midnight Navy felt, eucalyptus-toned leather and smoked glass; these references describe a considered environment, not a promise that any particular element will always be present. Neutral chips are not marked with monetary denominations.

Shared materials and table settings deserve careful handling.

Access and removal

Copper & Carrd may refuse, suspend or end participation where conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or inconsistent with these terms. This approach is intended to protect the comfort and orderly use of shared dining, lounge and table environments. Any decision will be considered in the context of the visit and the reasonable operational direction needed at that time.
